Guests and Room Sharing
The room rates shown in the venue section indicate the rate for a room plus all meals, which is why the rate is higher for two people per room. If staying for additional nights rates do not include meals, and so are lower.
Guests are welcome. If you would like to bring a guest simply check the 'two persons' option when reserving your room. Your guest will also have all meals including the banquet included in the indicated cost of $453 per night for two. When checking in simply tell the clerk how many people are in the room. There may be a minor charge ($10) for gratuity for the additional guest- this is a standard Fairmont policy. Guests do not need to register for the conference- only for accommodations and meals.
